Terms of Service

SMS Disclosure

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages related to notifications, marketing offers, account authentication (2FA), and other service-related communications from IntoSystems. Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our services and promotional campaigns. Standard message and data rates may apply as per your mobile carrier's terms.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us.

Messaging Consent

Your consent to receive SMS communications may be provided through various channels, including but not limited to website forms, paper documents, or verbal consent during customer service interactions. By providing your mobile number through any of these channels, you expressly consent to receive communications via SMS.

Message Types and Frequency

Communications you receive from IntoSystems. may include:

  • Service alerts and notifications
  • Appointment reminders
  • Promotional offers and updates
  • Account authentication (2FA) messages
  • Service updates and announcements

Message frequency depends on your interaction with our services, your preferences, and active promotional campaigns.

Data Rates and Charges

Standard message and data rates apply according to your mobile carrier's terms and conditions. IntoSystems is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier for receiving SMS messages.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may unsubscribe from SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive. You will receive a confirmation message confirming your opt-out request. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from IntoSystems. unless you re-subscribe.

Privacy Policy

Our detailed data collection and privacy practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our privacy practices.

Message Delivery

IntoSystems. does not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delays or failures. Message delivery may be affected by network issues, device compatibility, carrier restrictions, or other technical factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from delayed or failed message delivery.

User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws
  • Not use our services to send offensive, illegal, or harassing messages
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information
  • Not attempt to circumvent or interfere with our services
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes

Compliance with Laws

Our services comply with applicable privacy, telecommunications, and commercial communication regulations. We adhere to industry best practices and applicable laws governing SMS communications, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related regulations.

Subscription & Billing

Service Plans

IntoSystems. offers the following subscription plans:

  • Standard Plan ($297/month): Includes website, platform access, business phone, CRM, automations, and review management tools

Plans are available on a month-to-month basis or as a 3, 6 or 12-month prepaid subscription. Prepaid subscriptions are discounted.

Payment Terms

  • All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle
  • Payment is processed in advance at the beginning of each billing period
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • In case of payment failure, we will attempt to process payment 4 times over a 3-week period.
  • Accounts may be suspended anytime after 48 hours of non-payment. Generally accounts will be suspended after 3 weeks of non-payment.

Usage-Based Charges

In addition to subscription fees, the following usage-based charges may apply:

  • Phone numbers: $1.15/month (local) or $2.15/month (toll-free)
  • SMS messages: $0.0079 per message segment
  • MMS messages: $0.02 outbound, $0.01-$0.02 inbound
  • Voice calls: $0.0180/minute outbound, $0.0085-$0.0220/minute inbound

Usage-based charges are managed through a digital wallet system and are rebilled monthly.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to IntoSystems are final and non-refundable once service delivery has begun. This includes:

  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Prepaid subscription packages
  • Usage-based charges
  • Setup and onboarding fees

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Chargebacks Prohibited

By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to initiate chargebacks for services rendered. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action, and you may be held responsible for collection fees, legal costs, and other damages. If you have a billing dispute, please contact our support team at support@intosystems.com.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription with 30 days notice. Cancellations become effective at the end of the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of prepaid subscriptions or for partial billing periods. To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team.

Service Fulfillment

Services are considered fulfilled and complete upon completion of initial onboarding form.

Free Trials

Free trial periods, if offered, include limited setup and platform access only. Full service features and support begin upon commencement of paid billing. Free trials may be subject to additional terms and conditions as specified at the time of signup.

Limitation of Liability

IntoSystems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Modifications to Terms

IntoSystems reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
